EAYPOWER is a Dongguan-based manufacturer of industrial battery chargers for equipment OEMs, distributors and fleet operators worldwide. EPCcharger.com is our official international website for EPC-series chargers and OEM charging solutions.

EAYPOWER has an R&D team of more than 30 professionals covering power electronics, embedded software, structural design and application engineering.
Our engineers develop charging curves, CAN/RS485 communication protocols and application-specific charger configurations for industrial vehicles and equipment.

With in-house SMT, assembly and inspection capabilities, EAYPOWER controls key production processes from PCB manufacturing through final charger assembly.
Standardized production procedures and QR-code traceability support consistent quality and volume manufacturing.

Chargers undergo functional verification and defined burn-in and aging procedures according to product and quality requirements.
Testing verifies output stability, temperature rise, charging performance and protection functions under sustained operating conditions.

Incoming inspection, in-process checks and final testing are managed against approved product specifications.
QR-code traceability helps track production batches, test records and quality feedback throughout the product lifecycle.

Company Evolution

Our Story

Since 2016, EAYPOWER has grown from an industrial charger developer into a high-tech manufacturer providing standard and OEM battery charging solutions for aerial work platforms, forklifts, floor-care machines, golf carts and other industrial electric equipment.

2016Company Foundation

EAYPOWER Established

Dongguan Eaypower Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Dongguan, China, bringing together an engineering team with extensive experience in industrial vehicle chargers and power electronics.

2018YP Series Launched

Commercial Production Began

Commercial production and sales operations began in April 2018, focusing on battery chargers for aerial work platforms, floor scrubbers and golf carts. The YP series was introduced for mainstream 4 m and 6 m aerial work platforms.

2020EPC Series Expansion

Product Range Expanded to 300W–10kW

The EPC charger series was comprehensively upgraded, expanding the product range from 300W to 10kW and supporting a wider variety of scissor lifts, boom lifts and other industrial electric equipment.

2021R&D Capability Recognition

Certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise

EAYPOWER was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise, reflecting its continued investment in charger technology and product development.
