EayPower's Material Traceability Capability
All incoming raw materials will have exclusive material label bar codes for material inspection and warehousing.
> Materials from suppliers will have IQC (Incoming Quality Control) areas with tools like 2D and 3D projectors, ROHS detectors, smoke tests, LCR bridges, hardness meters, and other testing equipment. The materials are also clearly marked and recorded.
> The bar codes are tracked using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to facilitate subsequent tracing, ensuring the traceability of every link in the process.
> EayPower utilizes a unique ERP – the Oracle system. After incoming materials are inspected by IQC and properly marked with designated batch numbers, materials are stored and retrieved from the warehouse using handheld PDAs (bar code scanners). There are also strict temperature and humidity controls and access management in place.
EayPower's SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Process Control Requirements.
• EayPower's SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly and welding. The PMS system is used for real-time inquiry of production plan progress and output. Material handlers carry out self-inspection of materials, and Feeder scans the material batch number for inspection. The solder paste printer will automatically perform SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and IQPC (In-Process Quality Control) to measure print height and viscosity, ensuring it meets requirements.
• The high-precision FUJI NXT placement machine is used, and after soldering through a 12-zone reflow oven, a 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) is conducted. Only after the IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) confirms the first piece is OK, can official production begin.
EayPower's Testing Capability
All non-automatically mounted components will be inserted by the material handler, and after passing through the wave soldering, each component must undergo an M1 position check of the original piece, as well as a post-oven inspection of solder points and both sides of the PCB.
All PCBA boards, after IQPC confirmation of PCBA software and version, undergo casing assembly and testing. The IPQC inspects and records each procedure.
All EayPower products, upon completion of assembly, will undergo IP standard air-tightness tests, product functionality tests, and aging tests. All process links can be traced through bar codes.
EayPower conducts online inspections and records the finished products after testing; packaging personnel carry out packaging and mark as per customer requirements. The ERP system will record all information about the product before shipment for subsequent management.
